I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was fantastic with afternoon tea facilities and many extras, but I missed having a mini refrigerator. The service was mostly friendly and helpful, although there were some inconsistencies. The location was fabulous and convenient for skiing, yet lacking in dining options. The dining experience was exceptional, especially the homemade dishes.

Wow! This hotel was truly a mixed bag for me. The rooms had a bit of an old-fashioned feel to them, a tad stuffy, but boy, did they offer a great view, and the comfort level was top-notch.
